Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt in required

Products are not eligible for return if they have been damaged due to improper use.

GraceFullNest reserves the right to refuse the return if the products are not acceptable or are returned later than 30 days after delivery. 

Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt and after review of your returned item.

Holiday Return Policy

Gifts purchased between November 1 and December 24 may be returned or exchanged through January 31 when accompanied by a gift receipt or original receipt.

Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
